This Privacy Policy explains how Plumb (“Plumb,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information in connection with our website and our data services. Plumb is operated by Laurence Newman, a sole proprietor registered in Israel and trading as “Plumb.” You can reach us any time at ln@plumbdata.co.
Plumb is a business-to-business service, and we handle information in two very different situations:
When you contact us. If you use our contact form, email us, or book a call, we collect your name, business email, company name, and anything you choose to tell us, along with a record of our correspondence.
When you visit the site. Our website is a simple static site. Our hosting provider automatically logs standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to serve the site and keep it secure. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell any of this.
When we deliver our service, we connect to and process the business data in your systems (advertising, CRM, billing, and revenue sources) to produce your metrics and reports. This may include personal data about your own customers. That data lives in your cloud environment; we access it only to provide the service, only on your instructions, and we do not own it, sell it, or use it for any other purpose. If you are a customer of one of our clients and have a question about your data, please contact that company directly, they control it, not us, and we will assist them as needed.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use client data for anything beyond delivering the service to the client that owns it.
We keep sharing to a minimum. We rely on a small number of trusted providers to run our business and website, such as website hosting, scheduling, and email, and they receive only what they need to perform their function. We may also share information where required by law, or to establish or defend legal claims. We do not otherwise disclose your information to third parties.
Our website uses only the cookies necessary to serve the site. Where you choose to use an embedded third-party tool (for example, our scheduling link), that provider may set its own cookies under its policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
We take reasonable measures to protect information. When working inside a client’s environment we follow least-access principles: access is limited by role, entity, and team, so people see only what they need. We keep the information we hold ourselves to a minimum.
We keep enquiry and correspondence records for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain our relationship, and we keep business records for as long as required for legal, tax, and accounting purposes. Client data we access remains in the client’s environment and is governed by our engagement agreement.
Under Israel’s Privacy Protection Law, and any other law that applies to you, you may ask to review or correct the personal information we hold about you. To make a request, email us at ln@plumbdata.co. If the information was provided to us by one of our clients as part of their data, we will refer your request to that client, who controls it.
Our website and services are intended for business use and are not directed to anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date above.

These Terms govern your use of the Plumb website at plumbdata.co (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Laurence Newman, a sole proprietor registered in Israel and trading as “Plumb” (“Plumb,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site provides information about Plumb and our data services. Its content is for general information only and is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Nothing on the Site is financial, tax, legal, or investment advice, and you should not rely on it as such.
These Terms cover the Site only. Any engagement to provide data services is governed by a separate written agreement between Plumb and the client (such as a proposal or statement of work). Using the Site, contacting us, or booking a call does not create a services contract and does not obligate either side to proceed.
The Site and its content, including text, design, graphics, the Plumb name and brand, and all related materials, belong to Plumb or its licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site for your own reference, but you may not copy, reproduce, republish, or reuse its content or brand without our prior written permission.
You agree not to misuse the Site. In particular, you will not attempt to disrupt or compromise it, access it through automated scraping or harvesting, introduce malicious code, or use it in violation of any law or third-party rights.
The Site may link to or embed third-party services (for example, our scheduling tool). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or practices of those third parties, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plumb is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site, and we make no warranty that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the “Last updated” date above will reflect them. Your continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of Tel Aviv-Yafo have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with the Site or these Terms.
